How Much Filler Do I Need?

This is one of the most common questions — and it depends entirely on the area being treated, the degree of volume loss, and your aesthetic goals.

As a general guide:

• 0.5–1ml — subtle lip enhancement, fine line softening, minor volume restoration in a localised area
• 1–2ml — meaningful cheek volume restoration, jawline definition, chin projection
• 2–3ml — comprehensive multi-area treatment, significant volume restoration in patients with more advanced volume loss

What to Expect

Before Your Treatment

• Avoid blood-thinning medications (aspirin, ibuprofen), fish oil, and alcohol for 24–48 hours before
• Arrive with clean skin and no makeup
• Inform your doctor of any previous filler treatments, especially recent or unknown products
• Do not book within 2 weeks of a major event

During Your Treatment

Your doctor will assess your facial anatomy, discuss the treatment plan, and obtain informed consent. Topical anaesthetic cream may be applied to sensitive areas. After Your Treatment
